The Senior Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for partnering with the channel in developing and executing annual marketing plans designed to increase quality sales opportunities and market awareness. This includes the creation and implementation of channel marketing strategies, programs, and turnkey campaigns in support of achieving the sales plan. This role has a direct impact on overall channel performance through effective building and management of channel relationships and meaningful marketing programs and resources.


The successful candidate has experience in a variety of marketing tactics, working B2B through channels and is highly organized, detailed-oriented with a bias for action and responsive to a changing environment.




MDF (Marketing Development Funds) Management

    • Partner with the channel in establishing and driving execution of annual marketing plans designed to increase quality sales opportunities and market awareness for Stratasys’ offerings
    • Manage channel partner MDF program, including maintaining a performance-based structure, managing the budget allocations, providing strategic investment direction, approving requests, and analyzing ROI


Channel website marketing and maintenance

    • Identify and execute creative ways to drive traffic to the websites.
    • Identify and execute content, location, and program guideline changes with the channel and sales team.
    • Manage relationship with website vendor, technical requirements, and changes.


Marketing effectiveness and enablement

    • Guide and coach resellers on best practices for marketing Stratasys offerings to drive sales opportunity growth.
    • Support and enable partners to market Stratasys offerings via digital methods, open houses, seminars, and events to drive regional demand of new products, materials, and solutions
    • Leverage existing and develop new resources/assets to implement chosen partner demand generation or sales enablement activities


Work cross functionally to develop channel programs and be a channel advocate.

    • Serve as a liaison between the Americas Channel organization and other internal Stratasys teams.
    • Collaborate across product and sales enablement teams on the development and release of new products, campaigns, or channel partner enablement programs, tools and resources.


Channel communications

    • Organize and manage communications to the channel to keep them informed about important news, products, programs, promotions, incentives, campaigns and to enable execution in the channel.  


Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field
    • 5-8 years work experience in B2B sales or marketing
    • 3+ years work experience working with channel partners/resellers/VARs


Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
    • Ability to multi-task while delivering high quality work against aggressive timelines
    • Highly organized, detailed-oriented with a bias for action and responsive to a changing environment.
    • Experience in the 3D printing industry
    • Proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce.com strongly preferred
