The Senior Financial Analyst position’s main responsibilities will be to operate as a trusted and strategic financial partner for the Americas  Sales organization, supporting Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, Customer Support and G&A teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop revenue forecasting based on historical trends for weekly submissions and quarterly re-forecasts
  • Perform monthly variance analysis and understand key business drivers to provide clear, concise and timely recommendations.
  • Support business leaders with annual budget development and ongoing budgetary control processes to ensure that objectives are met while working within the budget framework.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly budget to actual variance analysis.
  • Support internal business leaders by meeting their financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis needs.
  • Participate in the administration and upgrade of planning/reporting tools and applications.
  • Work closely with the Accounting team to support quarter close processes

Must have for this role:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree
  • 5 years’ experience in Oracle or other ERP.
  • 5 years minimum
  • 2 or more years support Financial analysis in a sales organization.

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce experience
  • Manufacturing environment experience
