The Sr Sales Leader Aerospace will be accountable for developing value driven strategic relationships, from key operators to chief engineers and AM related organizational senior leaders, to advance the utilization of existing printers, adoption of new applications and growth of Stratasys solutions to drive strong revenue growth and customer advocacy with a targeted group of customers.

 

The Sr Sales Leader will have Global responsibility for key customers and will be responsible for developing and executing annual Customer Leadership Plans (account development plans), annual revenue and operating plans and for working throughout the Stratasys organization to ensure we earn and keep a “Stratasys First” relationship with assigned customers through short, mid, and long-term horizons. The Sales Leader will identify targeted growth opportunities with new sites, construct business cases/ROI, to realize growth and adoption of such with assigned customers across Stratasys' product and service portfolio.

 

What you will be doing:

    • Expand with new sites and relationships tied to new programs/platforms and new divisions within key customers.
    • Significantly expand current relationships in targeted customers to meet or exceed revenue and customer satisfaction goals—both vertically and across the customer organization.
    • Develop and grow a strong pipeline while exercising strong closing actions.
    • Together with champions in each customer, develop and execute an annual CLP (Customer Leadership Plan) supported by Stratasys leadership and including support from our Product/R&D teams as necessary.
    • Implement and enhance the company's established selling process (including strict use of company's CRM of Salesforce.com) to ensure a foundation of predictability and for future scalability.
    • Proactively support voice of customer activities into all internal Stratasys departments and activities to align with and support customer growth opportunities.
    • Drive customer advocacy with each customer and customer satisfaction as measured by a Net Promotor Score.
    • Leverage customer endorsements and application “wins” in marketing activities to drive broader awareness and adoption of Stratasys solutions..

 

Must have for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales, operations or supply chain experience within Aerospace/Defense market
  • Experiencing managing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals and executing significant revenue growth.
  • 3-5yrs experience in highly technical solution-oriented environment.
  • 5yrs experience presenting and collaborating with senior executives and other key stakeholders within key customers.
  • 5yrs working with and managing partners, channel sales partners, customers or suppliers.

 

Nice to have:

  • MBA (or other advanced degree) preferred.
  • Experience with 3D Printing, CNC machining, manufacturing software, or other manufacturing processes.

 

Travel required: Up to 30% (US)
