The Sr. Product Manager leads the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of key additive manufacturing products and platforms. This role is responsible for identifying market needs, defining product requirements, and delivering successful product launches in collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams. The Sr. Product Manager acts as the voice of the customer and the business, driving innovation and execution to meet revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction goals.
What you will be doing:
- NPI Efforts (PLCM): Drive new product introduction by leading market research (sizing, VOC, positioning), business case development, PRD/MRD creation, gate reviews, beta programs, pricing boards, initial forecasts, naming conventions, IP reviews, and end-of-life management. Manage part numbers, Salesforce/Customer Hub updates, vendor reviews, and packaging/material requalification
- Marketing & Go-to-Market Support (Product Launch Process ): Collaborate with application engineering, marketing and sales on positioning, promotions, branding, webinars, tradeshows, campaigns, videos, whitepapers, and asset creation. Develop product essentials documentation and lead creation of launch sales kits to support effective go-to-market enablement
- Support cross-functional product development from concept through launch and lifecycle. Partner with Application Engineering, project management, R&D, customer support, operations, sourcing, legal, and quality to ensure successful execution. Support training for sales enablement, create collateral, and manage Monday.com tracking.
- Help define and own your product line, aligning with company strategy, market opportunities, and technology development. Includes roadmap creation, portfolio management, and packaging strategy for different products.
- Forecasting & Business Insights: Participate in S&OP and sales forecasting. Monitor Salesforce and
- other systems for materials, systems, and product performance. Lead price adjustments and propose promotions based on business performance data analysis.
- Continuous Engineering & Product Improvement: Collaborate with R&D and Operations to drive product enhancements, manage end-of-life initiatives, and support processes. Oversee material testing, certifications, and cost-reduction projects. Lead pricing evaluations while ensuring consistent product quality through ongoing reviews.

Sales & Customer Support: Act as product SME for sales and customers and NPI launch projects. Support sales meetings, facility tours, customer presentations, escalations, and service agreements. Provide collateral and updates when needed.
Must have for this role:
- 3+ years’ experience in product management in B2B engineering, technolory or industrial.
- Bachelor’s in engineering, marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience with an advance degree or PhD without equivalent work experience
- 2+ Years’ leading projects through stage gate processes.
- 2+ Years experience working on complex VoC activities to gather, test, and synthesize conclusions on customer needs.
- 2+years’ experience market sizing, financial analysis, competitive analysis, product positioning, pricing, promotion, and similar product management responsibilities
Nice to have:
- Prior work on commercializing products requiring complex combinations of disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, SW, and materials engineering.
- Previous experience using 3D printers.
- Accreditations from Product Management or Project Management organization
- Experience with highly regulated products or services.
Travel required: 25%
For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $110,000-$140,000 base salary, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
