As a Senior Business OPS Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our business Operations systems and automated systems in projects and ongoing activities. Design and lead delivery of enhancements on Oracle EBS and interfacing systems such as Engineering (ECO), WMS, Transportation system, Electronic Shelf labels (ESL) and more. This is an important and critical role within Stratasys IT department.



  • Configures systems setting and options to plan and execute on issues raised by business users in assigned function.
  • Respond to business users on Oracle EBS and interacting systems to resolve issues raised by business users will work with IT and business partners on integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
  • Designs details of interfaces and system enhancements.  
  • May provide consultation to users in the area of OPS systems.
  • Lead cross functional team to address business or system issues. Defining project scope, creating documentation of business requirements which guide application development efforts, working closely with the business team, development team to ensure successful implementation of business requirements
  • Manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently
  • Provide support for business users, IT project teams, and external partners to drive decision making and define requirements for application development, ensuring that business needs are being met. Gather data necessary for troubleshooting / root cause determination on Oracle EBS and interfacing systems



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer Science, Industrial engineering  or related discipline.
  • 4+ years as Oracle business systems analyst work experience with enterprise scale solutions.
  • 2+ years of Oracle processes and interfacing systems
  • 2+ years’ experience working SQL queries



  • Working knowledge of Operations Modules – (Ideally 3 or more of the following) Inventory, Purchasing, BOM, WIP, ASCP, Costing, QA
  • Working knowledge as project manager
