Government Segment Sales Executive -  assists in establishing sales and marketing plans and SFDC KPI reporting to promote and sell current and future products to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of both the Territory Sales Leader’s and Commercial Resellers, enabling them to achieve the aggressive sales targets. Assists in organizing and conducting presentations, seminars, and participates in trade show events. Maintains accurate records on sales, prospects, account activity and forecasts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Active role in development, implementation and maintenance of Salesforce.com (SFDC) reporting at the corporate and dealer level
  • Secondary point of contact for any government sales interactions and is the resellers’ voice within the company; an important source of market information for the company                                                        
  • Support day to day needs of the government segment (i.e. sample parts, benchmark follow up, information requests, etc.).
  • Works closely with the Territory Sales Leader and cross-functional departments (Sales Operations, Channel Marketing, Finance and Customer Advocacy) to ensure best results and territory/resellers success in government sales
  • Conduct sales presentations to selected government prospects
  • Identify and assist with major account development
  • Participate in trade shows

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management.
  • 3+ years of prior Sales experience. (Government sales experience ideally)
  • 1+ year of experience working in Channel Sales

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent knowledge of Stratasys products and/or 3D Printing or Additive Manufacturing industry
  • A successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals
  • Excellent time management, communications decision making, human relations, presentation and organization skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation required
  • Computer experience with various software applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
