 As part of the Americas Leadership Team, the Project Manager is responsible for enabling the success of the Americas Leadership Team by leading assigned projects across functions, managing the AOP execution framework, and performing administrative duties concerned with a project or in support of the Leadership Team. 




Project Management

  • Develops project management framework within Region and follows process in leading execution of assigned projects.

  • Builds and maintains relationships across Company to ensure efficient and effective project completion.

  • Manages assigned projects and activities to allotted budget.

  • Proactively explores and suggests areas of improvement for overall Americas Leadership Team effectiveness.

  • Maintains and improves ongoing management framework of Annual Operating Plan including key communications and forums.

  • Owns overall Regional cross-functional project and event calendar.

  • Coordinates management forums, owns and drives follow-up on management notes and actions.

  • Organizes customer meetings and internal meetings/events ensuring best foot forward each and every time.

  • Performing daily/weekly administrative duties as needed.

  • Demonstrates commitment to Stratasys Core Values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values.

  • Follows all company safety policies and procedures and attends all safety trainings related to the job.

  • Other duties as assigned.



  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects and supporting a team


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working with a high level of discretion involving confidential business material

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within work teams

  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work well with others.
