Stratasys Direct Manufacturing (SDM) is seeking a Production Administrator I to support efficient production operations through accurate data entry, administrative coordination, and proactive communication. This role serves as a key link between internal teams and external customers, ensuring timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and accurate documentation for invoicing. Strong attention to detail and effective communication are essential for maintaining workflow and meeting production goals.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Monitor and promptly respond to service requests from internal and external team members
  • Collaborate with Sales, Estimators, Project Managers, and Project Planners to obtain purchase orders, track order status, and provide necessary updates
  • Resolve credit issues and address payment terms in coordination with the Accounting Department and customers
  • Utilize Corporate systems such as quoting software, order management system, and order entry systems daily for data management, contact records, order set-up and processing, managing customer portals, and creating commercial invoices when required
  • Organize and maintain admin folders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents before submitting packages to the billing department for invoicing
  • Review and reconcile open order reports for estimators, project managers, and planners
  • Assist in obtaining End User Certificates (EUC’s) and create commercial invoices and Trade agreement documentation when needed
  • Utilize Corporate CRM systems and order entry systems daily for data management, contact records, and order processing
  • Act as a key liaison on interdepartmental projects, particularly for the accounting department
  • Review daily updates, reports, and notifications, informing team members of pending concerns or issues
  • Provide backup support during peak times, vacations, and out-of-office events to ensure continuous customer coverage
  • Process customer reworks and returns, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Run DPS (Denied Party Screenings) batches twice a day during scheduled weeks
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Attend all required company training
  • Demonstrate commitments to Stratasys Behaviors by leading, acting, and modeling these values
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the department or manager

 

Must have for this role:

As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. 

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer-facing administrative, customer support, or manufacturing operations experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

 

Nice to have:

  • One or more years of manufacturing experience
  • Post-secondary education, including related certifications or vocational education
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Experience building relationships with strong follow-through and attention to detail

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $to $, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
