A Stratasys On-Demand Parts Manager is the first-line champion of innovative manufacturing solutions for our key accounts and new prospects. By achieving a sales quota, promoting the value proposition of the products and services of Stratasys, this position prospects with outbound sales and account development in the Mid-West Region of the USA.

 

In this role, you’ll proactively manage a geographic territory for maximum sales by responding to opportunities, face to face client visits, prospecting, regular contact with the accounts in the territory and obtaining referrals from satisfied customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Development of long-term, sustainable relationships with key territory accounts.
  • Creation and presentation of annual strategic territory plans, including key accounts, activity plans and growth targets.
  • Timely follow-up with inbound leads and opportunities, proactive work with customer base and prospecting via outbound phone calls and face-to-face client visits.
  • Successful completion of quotes, fulfillment of orders, and other customer requests.
  • Ability to work from a home-based office. Specific work schedule is coordinated with direct supervisor.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, engineering or related discipline.
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales/account management of technology products/services.
  • 1+ years’ experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of 3D CAD software.
  • Knowledge of additive or subtractive fabrication technologies, particularly as used in rapid prototyping and manufacturing.

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 40%
