The Marketing, Manager will serve as the principal architect by designing, developing and executing demand generation campaigns including events supporting revenue attainment goals. In addition, this manager will lead a team to create and execute effective marketing communications content and programs that build Stratasys brand, position the company as the industry leader for 3D printing and contract manufacturing services, support the sales process and generate leads. The Solutions Marketing Manager will develop and manage budgets, third-party relationships, partners, contracts, events and supporting activities related to the application and implementation of  demand generation and field marketing strategy. He or she will be responsible for the setting of overall requirements and for achieving the goals and objectives outlined by the VP of Marketing.


The Marketing, Manager will coordinate and drive demand programs to ensure alignment, the most efficient use of our marketing dollars and the appropriate deployment of the best field marketing projects, initiatives and tactics befitting the entire portfolio of SDM products and solutions in all customer accounts. He/She will be responsible for delivering marketing qualified leads to the sales teams to meet quarterly and annual pipeline targets for product lines. He/she will design and oversee the execution and development of demand generation and building brand awareness programs. The manager will ensure that each program aligns with the customer’s buying process, identifies and engages the right prospects and accelerates the purchase cycle. He/she will lead a team of Telemarketing professionals to execute, measure and regularly report on the effectiveness of said marketing programs, to ensure effective hand-off of marketing qualified leads to the sales teams, while ensuring a high rate of conversion to opportunities. Success in the role requires relevant and current HANDS ON experience in developing effective demand generation and cross-sell programs using a wide array of tactics across multiple channels, leading marketing teams and a track record of successful execution of said programs.


The Manager will collaborate with Stratasys Corp., marketing, product management, sales management, digital marketing, and marketing operations, to determine the optimal strategy to reach target buyers and market segments. In addition, the Solutions Marketing Manager will leverage those relationships in developing the most effective / executable plan for a strong lead-to-revenue generation process, customer database development and proper integration with CRM and marketing automation systems.



  • Work with sales leadership to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.
  • Design, develop and execute effective demand generation campaigns including events to acquire new customers and expand business within existing customers.
  • Oversee, develop and manage a monthly calendar of awareness, demand generation, cross-sell and pipeline acceleration programs for each marketing campaign, sales program, and key plays for products and solutions.
  • Provide weekly & monthly reporting on the success of each marketing program as well as developing ad-hoc reporting capability as needed for management reporting and executive level visibility.
  • Thoughtfully design each marketing program with clear goals for each target segment, buyer process stage, and calls to action.
  • Work with Product Management to ensure marketing programs are aligned with the product roadmaps and release cycles, customer buying process, go-to-market strategies and global sales targets.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive the production of engaging content to feed and nurture lead generation programs.
  • Direct execution of programs and activities to deliver marketing qualified leads to sales teams on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor and drive timely and effective lead follow-up to ensure high rates of conversion to opportunities.
  • Measure and report on overall demand generation and program effectiveness for lead and pipeline generation and provide recommendations for improvements to the VP, Marketing.



  • Web
    • Manages the annual content and editorial calendar
    • Works closely with the digital marketing team to develop and implement content for digital/web assets
    • Manages and strategizes approach for social media communities
    • Works with solutions marketing team to build content for campaign activities
  • Content 
    • Facilitates programmatic execution of case studies, blog posts, white papers, newsletters, contributed articles and more.
    • Helps edit copy and provides content feedback for the Marketing Communications team.
    • Manages vendor relationships with external writers, photographers and videographers.
    • Ensures new stories are published and posted to various platforms according to the content calendar.
    • Provides support with webinar presentations, sales collateral and other sales tools, events, etc.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, public relations or communications,
  • 5 + years marketing experience
  • 7+ years leading B2B marketing programs for high-growth technology companies.
  • 3+ years of Advanced knowledge of using Salesforce.com for campaign tracking, performance reporting, and dashboard creation required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute high-impact demand generation and cross-sell programs and plans.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and ability to articulate marketing considerations to top executives.
  • Experience leading distributed marketing teams desired.
  • Experience planning and managing a significant dollar size marketing budget desired.
  • Advanced experience in designing programs that maximize the capabilities of CRM and marketing automation software desired.
