The Production Lead will assist the production leadership in the daily coordination of work activities and the development of production employees. 

 

In this role you will ensure that safety, quality, policies and procedures are followed; production scheduled are achieved; and be the lead assembler on the assigned product work cell.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Ensure production team conformance to safety procedures through daily monitoring, documenting of issues and preventative action
  • Ensure product quality requirements are met and that the production team follows all the production processes
  • Lead the production team to ensure daily and weekly production schedules are met
  • Escalate production issues cross-functionally per established processes
  • Lead the production team to ensure daily and weekly production scheduled are met
  • Lead and engage the production team in daily Tier 1 meetings and communication issues to Tier 2 meetings

 

As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. 

 

Must have for this role:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing
  • ERP System knowledge

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Project Management
  • Experience with LEAN manufacturing
