The Lead Development Representative is an entry-level customer facing professional that is focused on qualifying high-quality leads for Stratasys resellers.  This role is perfectly suited for those who are starting their career and are interested in sales, marketing or service related experience and is an excellent entry point into Stratasys with opportunity for career growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound prospect inquiries via phone, chat and email from various marketing initiatives.
  • Proactive outreach to engage with customers via outbound calling in support of marketing campaign initiatives.
  • Achieve targeted demand generation goals including internal service level agreements (SLAs), contact volume and frequency, validation of generated leads and opportunities, lead conversion percentages and campaign metrics.
  • Qualify prospects and secure key customer information to communicate details to Stratasys resellers to close.
  • Professionally communicate with all levels of decision makers and influencers within customer contacts.
  • Collaborate with Stratasys Marketing and Sales leadership to execute targeted new business campaigns

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS in business, marketing or engineering
  • Ablility to build rapport quickly, relationship builder mind set

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of outbound calling experience in a B2B environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
