The Lead Development Representative is responsible for producing high quality Stratasys solution leads and for ensuring successful engagement between Stratasys resellers and prospective clients.  The mission of the Lead Development team is to design and deliver a better way to do business with Stratasys through a modern digital experience that makes buying and using our solutions & expertise easier for clients and partners. Our customers and prospects expect a user-centric and streamlined experience across the entire customer journey.  Digital discovery, engagement and delivery enables our sales channels to engage clients and prospects at just the right moments along the buying journey. Digital is leading the rapid evolution and reinvention of Stratasys’ channels of engagement, digital go-to-market, direct ecommerce, and offering management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high volume of inbound prospect web and social media leads from various marketing initiatives including campaigns, organic search, and paid media.
  • Proactively contact via outbound calling and digital outreach engaging prospects and previous responders in support of marketing campaign initiatives.
  • Achieve targeted demand generation goals including internal service level agreements (SLAs), contact volume and frequency, validation of generated leads and opportunities, lead conversion percentages and campaign metrics.
  • Secure key customer information to identify validated “sales ready” leads and prospective clients to nurture for future opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects, communicate the opportunity details for the Stratasys Reseller to close.
  • Professionally communicate with all appropriate levels of decision makers and influencers
  • Develop/maintain a personal social media presence and use social media to drive interest and leads.
  • Present Stratasys high-level value propositions including solutions, features and functions to increase buyer interest using video, phone and web presence
  • Collaborate with Stratasys Marketing and Stratasys Sales leadership to execute targeted new business campaigns
  • Communicate with prospects in a consultative selling environment and create a digital community
  • Expertly research companies and contacts via the internet and other sales resources

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • GED or H.S. Diploma or 4 years of experiences in lieu of degree
  • 1+ years of outbound phone Sales experience

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Cold calling experience with B2B phone sales
  • Able to build rapport quickly, Relationship builder mind set
  • Sales driven mentality with a with a quota focused mentality

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 10%
