Emergent BU Quality Integration Leader

This position is responsible to establish and lead the Quality Integration of Stratasys emergent Business Units, partnering with the BUs to ensure alignment and agreed upon success criteria.  Designs methods and procedures for accuracy of product processes, production, and finished products. 




Quality Integration Process & Plan

  • Establish the baseline integration plan and KPIs for each new BU based upon a current state assessment vs. Stratasys standards and practices looking at elements of talent, organization, culture, process, systems, and data. 
  • Create a dashboard for Executive review and monitor progress and risks/opportunities for each BU Quality Integration.
  • Develop a standard integration process and associated standard work for future Quality integrations based on lessons learned and best practices.

BU Support

  • Establish stakeholders and communication plan for BU for integration.
  • Train and coach applicable BU members in Stratasys policies, procedures, processes and practices.

Indirect Team Management

  • Establish goals and expectations of indirect employees from emergent BUs to implement integration plan requirements
  • Monitor performance to goals and expectations providing periodic feedback to direct supervisors 
  • Provide coaching and support to indirect reports as needed




  • 10+ years of experience in a complex high technology hardware and software-based product environment to include a minimum of 10 years in quality, operations and/or sourcing.
  • Experience in Quality Management, Quality Engineering, Quality Management Systems and Quality Assurance, Quality Control
  • Experience managing and leading teams
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite applications and tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership, influencing, change management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work within a complex environment with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
  • Four Year Degree – Industrial Technology, Engineering or related discipline




  • Master’s Degree in related discipline preferred
  • Highly motivated and self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and pursue continued growth and developmental opportunities.
  • Experience with business acquisitions and integrations
  • Certified in Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt/Black Belt certification)
  • Expertise in Supplier Quality processes at product & process development & execution phase (PFMEA, Control Plan, problem solving methodologies, FAI, PPAP, …)
  • Experience with using Industry 4.0 technologies to advance quality performance
  • ASQ Certifications
