The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for the Americas regional, omni-channel demand generation activities that help develop a robust pipeline to help achieve our regional revenue targets. This team leader is creative, strategic and data-oriented with a bias toward action and has proven success at creating and executing activities that drive growth through new and existing customers.

 

The successful candidate is a B2B marketing professional who can manage programs from creative conception through execution and thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that comes with emerging technologies.

 

This is a hybrid role based out of Eden Prairie (Minneapolis/St Paul), MN.

 

Lead a team to achieve the following essential duties and responsibilities:

 Campaigns & Data:

  • Develop and execute regional campaigns such as promotions, paid search, events, nurture streams, newsletters, etc.
  • Content writing of strong copy in service to lead generation, iterate based upon performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global, business unit and channel enablement teams in the development and deployment of campaigns to grow and develop the pipeline.
  • Work cross-functionally with global, business unit and regional operations teams to ensure accurate reporting, lead routing and data integrity.
  • Set and manage program objectives, targets, tactics, and metrics to generate and nurture leads.
  • Manage campaign calendar of activities with lead and opportunity targets that support the demand plan.
  • Enhance and conduct ongoing reporting for demand generation activities including spend, CPL/CPO, conversions, and ROI analysis.
  • Analyze data and make strategic business recommendations regarding marketing tactics, spend, and the lead-to-sales process.

 

Tradeshows, Events, Webinars

  • Budget management including capital expenditures
  • Cross-functional partnership with key stakeholders to showcase most compelling offerings, demos, support
  • Drive design and logistics for shows from contract administration to booth size, configuration, lead capture and coordination of exhibit set-up and dismantling.
  • On-site event support with logistics and booth staffing (before and during show)
  • Schedule, execute and drive demand for webinars

 

Lead a high-performance team:

  • Build a high-performing team by developing and retaining strong talent.
  • Manage external vendors such as: event suppliers & venues, webinar platforms, lead generation tools
  • Provide organized project management and communications across the team
  • Prioritize workload for team to optimize efficiency

 

 

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  •  8+ years of experience in B2B content marketing with a strong focus on demand generation, lead nurturing, targeting, segmenting and profiling of prospects and customers
  •  5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud- and web-based marketing automation, CRM and analytics platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • 2+ years of experience supervising professional level marketing staff, external vendors and agencies.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  •  Leads a team of marketing specialists
  • ·Management of outside vendors and agencies 

 

This is a hybrid role based out of Eden Prairie (Minneapolis/St Paul), MN.

Travel requirement 25% for team meetings, customer visits and industry events
