Stratasys is looking for a parachute with big ideas and creative plans to grow the core offering within the Industrial Business.  In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a team who truly cares. You’ll bring your ability to cultivate key relationships (not business development, but the ability to build client relationships, and your extensive creative direction. Strong experience in industrial, technology, and manufacturing is highly desired!




Define the creative strategy for NPIs

  • Concept, design, and execute innovative campaigns and experiences for global brands‑from developing the creative brief to launching the campaign.
  • Independently direct campaigns and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external agency partners
  • Direct creative disciplines outside your area of functional expertise and provide feedback in all stages of the creative development process
  • Partner with content writers, designers, product marketing managers, product managers, developers, and video content producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on NPI objectives


Deliver high-quality global campaigns across the globe

  • Provide in-depth understanding of copywriting for all formats—digital, print, out-of-home, video and audio scripts, and more
  • Synthesize strategic research and/or data to develop campaign ideas
  • Lead the creation of presentations; present ideas and concepts to clients, agencies, and internally
  • Make creative trade-off decisions between teams, clients, and end-customer needs
  • Measure and evaluate current processes within the department and improve them through documentation


  • Lead, mentor and inspire other creatives




  • Degree in creative design, marketing or a related field
  • 10+ years experience in creative design
  • 5+ years experience in leadership role with direct reports
  • 3+ years experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • 3+ years experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • 3+ years experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • 3+ years experience experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • 3+ years experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) & setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns



  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints


TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 25 %  Local and some International too
