As a Compensation and Benefits Manager, you, and members of your team, will be responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of our benefits and compensation programs, policies, and procedures. As a member of a Global Compensation, Benefits and Operations team, you will work on Global Strategic Initiatives, while managing the America Region Compensation and Benefits programs.


Benefit Programs

  • Develops, directs, and administers Stratasys benefit programs to include full offering of health benefits, Paid Time off, Disability insurance, retirement, and other benefits
  • Administers the employee 401(k) plan: including enrollment reconciliation, loans, audit, 5500, testing and communications to employees
  • Partners with Benefit brokers to review, negotiate coverage, and cost programs to monitor plan effectiveness and cost to determine programs best meeting the company offering
  • Presents and recommends benefit plan changes to management based on needs and market data
  • Develops programs designed to meet employees needs and complies with legal requirements.
  • Ensures programs are current regarding market data, trends, and cost. 
  • Negotiates coverages, services and cost with carriers and brokers.
  •  Interacts with other areas to include risk management, finance, payroll, and legal departments to investigate innovative programs to determine feasibility in terms cost risk to the company and legal implications.
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with Stratasys Leave of Absence and Worker Compensation programs


Compensation Program

  • Conducts job evaluation and salary surveys, establishes salary structures, develops salary budgets, and prepares policies and procedures to insure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation.
  • May be responsible for incentive, stock option
  • Participate in development and administration of the company bonus plan design and administration.  To include regional sales incentive plan design and documentation
  •  Maintains a working knowledge of federal and state legislation influencing compensation
  • Ensures programs are current with regard to trends, practices and costs. C
  • Coordinates vendor management, wellness and health education initiatives
  • Manages and leads compensation and benefits team



  • 10+ years’ experience in compensation and benefits programs and related laws and regulations
  •  Proficient knowledge and understanding of all legal, tax and regulatory issues related to benefits and compensation
  •  Knowledge of an adherence to HIPPAA, COBRA, and other regulatory requirements
  •  Proficient knowledge and understanding of Leave of Absent programs




  • Experience in payroll and leave of absence administration
  • Experience in administration of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA
  • Leading and development of corp. wellness programs
