The Client Engagement Representative will drive the sale of Stratasys solutions, service contracts and materials with existing clients by managing all client milestones and communications during client onboarding, application validation and renewal. The Client Engagement Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients and manages cross-functional sales and support resources based on client applications and requests. Works closely with internal Sales, Channel and Customer Service teams, as well as with clients, resellers and the entire service management group in North America.
What you will be doing:
- Act as primary point of contact for client care, onboarding, resource allocation, system adoption and annual renewals
- Drive the sales of Stratasys maintenance contracts, services and materials with existing customers to meet revenue expectations and achieve business results
- Engage with clients proactively at key milestones throughout onboarding, validation and renewal stages
- Review client consumption trends to drive proactive engagement and client growth initiatives
- Drive incremental revenue through targeted, client-based upsell/cross-sell engagement
- Create multiple relationships in the account and shepherd the client through the client lifecycle with a consistent, high touch, meaningful Stratasys experience
- Manage client complaints, requests and issues
- Analyze and understand client needs to drive profitable revenue growth within the install base
- Understand and clearly communicate the Stratasys value proposition and applications to clients
- Maintain accurate records and information on all customer activities in Salesforce.com
- Meet all minimum requirements for client engagement on a monthly basis and attain quarterly revenue targets for services and material sales
- Develop and maintain account profiles, install base records and report important account developments in a timely fashion
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on printer solutions and services, industry products and services, and industry changes and developments
Must have for this role:
- Associate degree or 2 years of sales, business development or account management experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ year experience with inside sales technology products or services in a business-to-business sales environment, outbound customer sales experience
- 2+ year experience account management
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage 100+ transactions a quarter
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- Proven history of quota/goal achievement
Travel required: Up to 10%
