Stratasys is currently seeking a AM Programmer II for our Eden Prairie, MN facility.  In this role you will be responsible for assessing customer data for scheduling and technology focused manufacturability.  You will also take the customer data and producing usable build files while also supporting machine operations.  Good manufacturing practices and document control is a major focus, as you will be responsible for the creation of manufacturing travelers that will inform all other downstream operations.  A couple other jobs duties will include:

  • Organize, review and schedule jobs
  • Support PA/PE and customer expectations
  • Analyze and reapair customers files in SolidView and Magics to assess manufacturability
  • Responsibility for compliance to all required specifications for each job and their special needs


As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. 



  • High School Diploma
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Proficiency in English language: reading, writing, verbal
  • 2+ years of experience with additive machines



  • Experience in CAD programs
  • Some understanding of plastic properties
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends
