The Sr. Compensation & Total Rewards Analyst is part of the human resources team and is a key contributor in the administration and development of total rewards programs. The role will be responsible for providing professional level analysis and administration of our compensation, employee benefits, and other HR programs on our US teams. This role contributes by ensuring our employees are compensated and rewarded equitably, and by maintaining accurate, reliable data for the organization to help inform strategic business decisions.




Compensation administration & analysis including but not limited to;

  • Conduct job analysis, market pricing, and internal equity reviews to determine base pay and salary grade recommendations for new positions and promotions
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs on compensation-related activities such as new hire offers, promotions, etc.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to review and update job descriptions and hiring levels/ranges
  • Participate in published salary surveys and evaluate compensation survey data to determine company's competitive position
  • Maintain current compensation levels/ranges for all organization roles
  • Route compensation changes for appropriate approvals according to global HR approval matrix
  • Maintain compensation procedures and make recommendations to streamline and improve processes and work streams
  • Recommend creative solutions to resolve compensation related problems
  • Assist in the design, communication, and implementation of incentive and base pay programs

Total Rewards administration & analysis including but not limited to;

  • Conduct various plan related audits, prepare and/or coordinate statutory or regulatory reports and filings, coordinate annual benefits compliance testing, and ensure plan related financial transactions are prepared according to financial controls
  • Research and respond to participant retirement plan inquiries
  • Maintain accurate data in 401(k) administration system and work with HRIS team members to resolve data issues when they arise
  • Complete retirement plan related administration as needed

    HRIS/HR reporting and data analytics including but not limited to;

  • Partner in the implementation of any new total rewards systems or process enhancements to include assisting with development, testing, and implementation of any benefit and compensation-related software programs and updates
  • Own global Recruiting module and process implementation, responsible for system training and enhancement
  • Provide analytics, modeling & reporting to evaluate complete data sets and deliver enhanced reporting for TA, OD, and HR
  • Responsible to deliver timely, reliable information for forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, business reviews and presentation, and special projects. 
  • Perform all system administration functions, including, system testing and implementation support, data conversion and data validation processes, permission management, configuration requirement assessment, proxy access, user permissions, form changes, and table updates
  • Collaborate with Finance, Payroll and other internal stakeholders to ensure regional compliance with SOX, AAP, DOD, DOL, etc.
  • Support corporate HR Metrics and own regional headcount and contractor workforce data management
  • Assist in preparation of materials for Compensation committee, Retirement Committee, and other senior management presentations as needed
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and international laws to ensure programs and plans meet statues and requirements


Four Year Degree in __ Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field or equivalent experience

  • Must be Export Control Compliant (ITAR) Yes No
  • 5+ years experience as a compensation consultant and/or compensation analyst
  • 3+ years of Total Rewards and HRIS experience
  • 3+ years of retirement plan administration & compliance
  • 3+ years Knowledge and application of compensation principles, theories, policies, practices and HRIS systems.


  • CCP certification
  • Experience with Radford, Mercer or similar compensation database systems
  • Experience with Success Factors & ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • Experience in global entities or multinational company
  • Knowledge of RSU’s and how to display total rewards in the HRIS system
  • Knowledge of equity-based compensation
  • Knowledge of FLSA classification determination
