In this role you will be responsible for driving growth in the Post Sales Services & Consumables portfolio by executing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. The scope of work includes messaging the product’s value to the market, defining user personas, developing product sales enablement, and creating the product’s GTM strategy. This individual will work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, QA, and Customer Advocacy to drive alignment and deliver differentiated products to the market.



  • Conduct market and VOC to identify unmet customer needs
  • Define market requirements, product requirement and financial business case
  • Position current and future product offering and define its value proposition
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Lead new product development stage gate exit reviews
  • Contribute to the overall service product strategy and roadmap
  • Define initiatives that increase service contract attach rates
  • Build and maintain product awareness internally and externally



  • Bachelors in Engineering or related discipline
  • 5+ years experience in Product Management within a high technology field
  • 3+ years of  product development and marketing experience



  • MBA Degree
  • Experience working in an international, culturally diverse business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities and complete projects within specified time frame
  • Product portfolio management experience serving the manufacturing industry
  • Product management accreditations or certifications (e.g. Pragmatic Marketing)
