The Director of Industrial Marketing leads the development and execution of marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to drive demand, awareness, and thought leadership across key industrial verticals: Automotive, Aerospace, Government, Defense, and General Manufacturing. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact and global visibility. The ideal candidate balances strategy and execution, bringing innovative campaigns to life that elevate Stratasys’ industrial portfolio and drive business growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to support awareness and demand generation for industrial verticals.
- Lead comprehensive campaigns targeting applications in Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, and General Manufacturing.
- Strengthen digital presence and optimize customer journeys for industrial offerings.
- Initiate and direct ABM and outbound activities for targeted opportunities, collaborating with digital marketing, SDRs, and Sales.
- Lead and execute vertical events—including tradeshows and first-party events—in collaboration with sales, sales enablement, and regional marketing.
- Drive channel marketing by delivering relevant marketing kits for partners.
- Manage and mentor a team of Industrial Marketing professionals.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate market needs and positioning into communication strategies.
- Foster strong partnerships with all marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, resellers, industry partners, and media to amplify marketing initiatives.
- Directly supervises 3 employees
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing or related key verticals
- 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
- Proven ability to establish penetration strategies and introduce innovative marketing programs that drive measurable demand
- Hands-on experience leveraging digital channels, ABM, outbound, and events to scale marketing impact
Travel required: 20%
