The Director, Commercial Leader Dental EMEA will play a key part in supporting our bold growth plans in this segment, overseeing our Dental sales in EMEA and managing a team of Sales Managers, Application Engineers and Distribution Partners across the continent. Responsibilities:

· Owner of Stratasys Dental business in EMEA, based on a suite of application specific offerings combining Hardware, Materials, Software and Services, powered by best-in-class Additive Manufacturing technologies by Stratasys.

· Responsible for meeting our regional revenue targets, while further developing and building our go-to-market infrastructure in EMEA to enable continued double-digit growth.

· Lead a team of direct and indirect Sales, Application Engineers, and Distribution Partners, all while operating in a fast-paced startup-oriented environment and supported by Stratasys, the world’s leading Additive Manufacturing company.

· Develop and oversee multi-year programs for the 15 largest Dental lab networks in EMEA.

· Represent and promote the company at key Dental events and networks in EMEA, advancing Stratasys’ brand in the dental market.

· Collaborate with Stratasys Dental’s Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Business Development and Regulation teams. Support efforts in new product launches, collection of market feedback, onboarding of beta customers and enablement of our sales teams.

· Partner with the regional stakeholders at Stratasys EMEA, including Finance, Operations, Customer Success, and regional GMs to ensure alignment and adequate support to all Stratasys Dental sales activities.

· Report directly to VP, Head of Stratasys Dental and dotted to President of Stratasys EMEA.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.

· 10+ years of proven experience in sales management, strategy, and business development in Dental, with emphasis on capital equipment sales to Dental labs or OEMs.

· 3+ years of experience building and leading a cross functional and remote sales team.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous experience with digital technologies in Dentistry, including 3D printing.

· Knowledge and proficiency of Salesforce CRM reporting.

· Passion for efficiency; highly organized and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.

· Exemplary communication skills with proven ability to effectively communicate at all professional levels, up to C-suite executives.

· Proven capacity in critical thinking, data analysis, and data-driven decision making.

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Up to 30%
