We look to hire a Customer Service Engineer - EMEA (m/f/d)

 

The role is essentially remote-based, including travel to customer-site for onsite visits to repair and service our portfolio. You should be located in Central Europe (Germany, France, Belgium etc). 

 

Main tasks:

  • Provide technical Onsite Support to Customers
  • Perform machine installations and customer trainings
  • Perform Service Visits including Troubleshooting, Repair, Upgrades and Preventive Maintenance
  • Educate the client how to operate and maintain machines and all technical equipment
  • Advise customers in all technical and application related questions
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems and implement efficient solutions
  • Escalate to respective next level support when needed
  • Report Service activities and keep records in CRM/ERP-system
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers

 

Qualifications:

  • Electrical/Mechanical degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment
  • Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical drawings
  • Advanced customer service, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player
  • Motivated, pro-active, self-driven, used to work independently without much supervision
  • Ability to work flexible hours around changing schedules and to effectively manage time
  • Advanced verbal and written language skills in English are mandatory. French and/or German is an advantage
  • Experience in 3D Printing Industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel, around 80% required
  • Driver license class 3 or B
