Resumé af stillingen: I denne rolle vil du være ansvarlig for at drive faciliteterne på vores kontor i København, hvor vores 3D-printere udvikles. Du vil desuden understøtte SAF-testcentret medvedligeholdelse og reparation af testudstyr samt varetage opgaver relateret til arbejdsmiljøet på adressen.
Hvad du skal lave:
Facilitet
• Daglig drift af faciliteterne (affaldshåndtering, overvågning af driftsstatus, materialeforsyning).
• Overvågning, vedligeholdelse og fejlfinding på apparater og anlæg (klimaanlæg, luftfugtighedskontrol osv.).Daglig kontakt for relevante leverandører og håndværkere.
Arbejdsmiljø
• Oprette og vedligeholde relevant dokumentation/instruktioner
• Deltage i sundheds- og sikkerhedsgennemgange samt opfølgning.
Test Center
• Bidrage til vedligeholdelse, fejlfinding og kalibrering af testcenterets udstyr.
Andet
• Opretholde god laboratoriepraksis, SOP'er (Standard Operating Procedures), 5S osv. for at understøtte og sikre ensartet og pålidelig drift af testcentret.
• Indkøb af forbrugsvarer, reservedele, serviceydelser.
Must have for denne rolle:
• Teknisk uddannelse eller grundig erfaring/træning indenfor automation, elektromekaniske anlæg, mekanik eller lignende
• Erfaring med fejlfinding på elektromekanisk udstyr
• IT på brugerniveau
• Du er klartil at hjælpe når der er brug for det
• Du arbejder selvstændigt og på eget initiativ.
• Du har en professionel fremtoning og væremåde.
• Du har styr på dine opgaver og dine prioriteter.
• Du taler flydende dansk og har gode færdigheder i engelsk

The position summary: This role will be responsible for running the facilities at our office in Copenhagen, where our SAF printers are developed. Furthermore, this role will support the SAF testing center, handling maintenance & repair of testing equipment as well as carrying out Health & Safety activities across the facility.

What you will be doing:
Facility
• Daily facility operations (waste management, status surveillance, materials supplies).
• Surveillance, maintenance, and troubleshooting on appliances and assets (A/C, humidity controls etc.).
• Contact point for facility-related suppliers & contractors.
Health & Safety (H&S)
• Establish & maintain relevant H&S documentation/instructions.
• Participate in H&S reviews and follow-up.
Test Center
• Maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration of test center equipment.
Other
• Maintain Good Lab Practice, SOP’s, 5S etc., to support & secure consistent and reliable Test Center/facility operations.
• Purchasing of consumables, spare parts, services.
Must have for this role:
• Technical training or professional education within automation, electro-mechanical systems or similar
• Experience with troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment
• IT skills on user level
• Willing to help out when needed with a positive demeanor
• Able to work off own initiative.
• Professional appearance and manner
• Proactive and can manage own workload and priorities
• Fluent in Danish with good skills in English
Travel required: Less than 10% travel is anticipated
