In this role: The Product Marketing Manager for the software ecosystem is responsible for Product Launch Process (PLP) and managing key deliverables for the new product launches. This role will partner with key stakeholders from software product management, regional and commercial enablement teams to deliver results within the agreed upon annual plan and timelines. This role will problem solve and create "One Stratasys" solutions to enhance Product Marketing functions. 

 

What you will be doing:

 

New product introduction (NPI)

  • Proactively manage PLP from product marketing function
  • Collaborate with product management, digital marketing within the business and regional GTM team to ensure successful NPI execution. 
  • Maximize the value of beta program.
  • Better integrate software as a key differentiator within the Stratasys additive journey

 

Marketing, campaign, and demand gen content creation

  • Collaborate with regional marketing leaders to understand the priority based on annual plan.
  • Manage relationship with outside agency to create videos or visual graphics.
  • Update existing content as needed for NPI and EOL
  • Collaborate with customers, developers, product managers and product owners to create meaningful webinar content. 
  • Bring thought leadership to online community.
  • Be creative in leveraging the partner marketing for the overall software ecosystem.

 

Organizational skills and Project management

  • Ability to work in highly matrix environment, know what and where to prioritize to move things forward.
  • Attention to detail and organized to hit timeline as needed to ensure smooth content execution.
  • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize based on change in development schedule and market condition.

 

Must have for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree degree
  • 7+ years’ experience in Marketing
  • 5+ years’ experience in software product management or product marketing. (Preferably in Manufacturing, Technology and Factory Automation industries)  
  • 3+ years’ experience in technology industry
  • 2+ years’ experience in creative, process-oriented and pragmatic problem solving.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Marketing data - able to make quick decisions on action step.
  • Working experience and experience with video and visual creation

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AutoCAD, simulation software or any other software enablement tools
  • Understanding or ability to learn marketing operation tools, ie Marketo, Salesforc

 

Travel required: 10%
