Business Systems Analyst -Salesforce support applications and staff by recommending and implementing systems and system enhancements that promote business efficiency, compliance and growth for sales force dot com.  In addition, will contribute experience and a moderate level of expertise in business processes and system functionality.  This position is expected to lead and direct project management activities such as requirement definition, research, analysis, customizations, testing, training, and documentation.

 

What you will be doing:

Customer Support

•              Support, Sales, Customer Advocacy on reporting, analytics, and/or other business systems and processes as required for sales force dot com.

•              Handle and fix system bugs and small change requests

•              Act as the liaison with business units during analysis, requirements definition and design activities

•              Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business requirements and with technical staff to develop solution alternatives.

•              Communicate status, business impacts and system changes to team members, business partners, sponsors, management, and other interested parties

Project Management

•              Participate or lead in the Project Management process; contribute to project deliverables including detail design documents, customizations, risk analysis, testing documentation.

•              Understand and apply the system development methodology.

•              Coordinate issues-tracking and own issue resolution on assigned projects.

•              Manage testing activities for implementation, maintenance, and project assignments.

•              Provide end user training when necessary on complex projects

 

 

Must have for this role:

  • 3+ year experiences with Sales Force Dot Com.
  • 3 +years’ experience as a Business Analyst writing functional detail design,  customizing non-code development using SFDC tools, performing QA and managing UAT.
  • 1+ years’ experience with testing and use cases.

 

Nice to have:

  • Foundational experience in analysis of business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction.
  • Proficient experience with business knowledge and practical experience to the analysis & solution generation process.

 

Travel required: 10%
