The ERP Administrator is a critical member of the Information System team with end-to-end management responsibility for the company's NetSuite (ERP) processes. Additional objectives are to help drive company-wide adoption information systems by collecting & facilitating business processes, driving & tracking usage and delivering training.


As an ERP Administrator, you will:

  • Provide ERP administrative support for internal users 
  • Provide ERP user support, diagnosing and resolving problems
  • Full ownership over NetSuite ERP process including design and documentation
  • Document and train users on system functions and processes
  • Ensuring data integrity and System maintenances
  • Gather, identify and analyze business requirements and ensure appropriate requirements are met by NetSuite ERP software
  • Create/maintain documentation on system changes
  • Manage large projects related to ERP and related systems expansions or upgrades
  • Own system integrations with the CRM and EDI tool
  • Oversee evaluation, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of new ERP builds in test environment
  • Working with an NetSuite Support team on ongoing requests, customizations and new projects
  • Supporting users with reports and a Dashboards


As an ERP Administrator, you have:

  • Ability to articulately discuss and explain system processes to others
  • Ability to understand a business requirement or process and map out a technical solution.
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce (CRM) or NetSuite (ERP) is an advantage


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or another related field
