MakerBot is seeking an innovative and analytical E-Commerce Manager, with a proven track record of scaling e-commerce revenues, to join our marketing team.


This individual will be responsible for growing revenue for all e-commerce sites including MakerBot.com, Amazon, and other strategically identified third-party resellers. The E-commerce Manager will work closely with marketing and sales leadership to develop and launch e-commerce store initiatives including promotions, bundling, and digital marketing campaigns. 


The ideal candidate must have experience with Magento and managing Amazon storefronts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define product offerings, pricing strategies and webstore functionality to sustain fast growth by improving conversion rates and average-order value.
  • Manage and deploy e-commerce pages, analytics, A/B testing, and UX optimization using Magento. 
  • Manage our Amazon Vendor Central account including the marketing strategy, development funds, campaigns, inventory and reviews.
  • Collaborate with Amazon and other third-party retailers to develop joint strategies to maximize category growth and profitability.
  • Drive digital lead generation and customer acquisition to e-commerce platforms converting profitable online transactions.
  • Lead user experience enhancements for MakerBot.com store from design and development to deployment.
  • Develop analytic frameworks for e-commerce performance reporting and forecasting for MakerBot.com and third-party resellers.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing owned and third-party e-commerce platforms
  • 2+ years of experience with Magento and Amazon


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing digital and product marketing campaigns for e-commerce
  • Proven experience building and managing vendor relationships
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for design
