Stratasys is hiring a focused, highly motivated, and talented Quality Supervisor with quality control and quality assurance. If you have an extensive knowledge with inspection, GD&T and Quality Assurance experience, as well as a passion for customer service and new technologies, this is the job for you.  You should have knowledge of manufacturing methods, 5 years of experience in quality preferably ISO 9001 and AS9100, knowledge of GD&T, and an understanding of statistical process controls.  Knowledge of GD&T is critical for this position.

 

In this role you will play an integral role on a team that ensures that inspection procedures and quality controls are in place and followed for all parts.  As part of the Stratasys quality team you will be charged with managing a small team of inspectors and providing a premier customer experience by ensuring all parts meet AS9100 quality standards. You will be a hands-on supervisor, stepping in to assist with inspections as needed.  You will have opportunities to contribute to our quality culture by managing, training and developing your team, and will have exposure to a wide array of technologies including 3D printing, additive manufacturing, and traditional manufacturing technologies.  The Stratasys Quality team impacts an unlimited number of fascinating industries including consumer, medical, aerospace, energy, transportation and defense.

 

As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. 

 

Must have for this role:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality or similar role
  • 1+ years of experience in an inspection type role
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 & AS9100

 

Nice to have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Supervisor role
  • 4-year degree in Quality, Manufacturing or equivalent
  • Understanding of inspection equipment and tools
  • Comprehensive understanding of GD&T
