Position summary: The Product Sales Manager – GTM is responsible for driving direct hunting opportunities, opportunity generation, and net-new revenue growth across the EMEA region. This role is a results-driven, self-starter position focused on achieving measurable sales targets through proactive prospecting, full-cycle sales execution, and effective channel collaboration.

 

What you will be doing:

 1. New Business Development & Direct Hunting (40%)
- Proactively identify, target, and pursue direct hunting opportunities.
- Generate new opportunities through prospecting, BU lists, and Salesforce.
- Lead discovery and qualification.

2. Full-Cycle Sales Execution & Target Achievement
- Own opportunities through close.
- Act as technical contributor on technologies.

3. Channel & Reseller Support and GTM Alignment
- Support resellers and partners.

4. Cross-Functional GTM Alignment & Feedback Loops
- Partner with Marketing and provide market feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:
•   5–8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles Sales or Business development roles (preferably technology or capital equipment).

  •  5yrs managing full sales cycles and revenue targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ Experience working cross-functionally and within Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Experience supporting or selling through channel partners and resellers.

 

Travel Requirements: 50%
