The Marketing, Customer Success & Event Coordinator supports customer engagement across the EMEA region. The position works closely with the Customer Success team on a daily basis to coordinate and deliver customer communications, primarily through email marketing and automation in HubSpot.

The role helps ensure customers receive relevant updates, training information, product announcements, and marketing campaigns in a consistent and professional way. In addition, the position maintains visibility of regional marketing campaigns and supports the coordination of sample parts and materials used for events and customer outreach.

This role plays an important part in strengthening communication with the installed customer base while helping ensure marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities are executed effectively across the region.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Customer Success Marketing & Email Campaigns

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to coordinate and deliver customer communications across the EMEA region.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and communications in HubSpot, including product updates, training invitations, webinars, and customer announcements.
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s broader marketing and product messaging.
  • Monitor campaign engagement metrics (open rates, click rates, etc.) and support continuous improvement of customer communications.
  • Ad-hoc email support for Regional Marketing Managers where needed

Event & Marketing Enablement Support

  • Coordinate sending of sample parts for customer outreach, marketing activities, and events.
  • Support event preparation by organising and shipping parts and event materials required for trade shows, customer meetings, and regional marketing activities.
  • Maintain and organise the sample parts inventory to ensure they are sent, returned and accessible when needed for events.

Campaign Coordination & Regional Visibility

  •  Act as the central point for upcoming and active marketing campaigns across the EMEA region.
  • Maintain a campaign tracker used in weekly marketing meetings to provide visibility of upcoming campaigns, activation status and activities within the wider team
  • Act as the in-office point of contact for the marketing team, supporting day-to-day coordination and collaboration where needed.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys combining customer communication, marketing automation, and cross-team coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, enjoys organising and executing email campaigns, and likes collaborating closely with teams such as Customer Success and Marketing.

It would suit someone who enjoys both structured campaign execution and hands-on marketing support, and who is interested in building experience in customer lifecycle marketing and regional campaign coordination.

Candidates who are proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple requests and priorities across teams will thrive in this role.

Basic Qualifications

    • Associate’s degree in marketing or relevant experience
    • 1 or more years HubSpot / marketing automation experience
    • Customer Success / lifecycle / retention marketing exposure

 

Preferred Qualifications

    • 1+ years of coordinating marketing duties

 

Travel required: 10% or less
