Our Austin, TX facility is looking for a Quality Manager that will spend time between our Austin and Belton, TX facilities.  As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for assuring customers receive timely quality products and work to continuously improve quality standards, procedures, analysis, corrective actions, and reporting.  You will lead process improvement and support the development and maintenance of a customer-focused culture within the organization.  Some other responsibilities you will have are:

  • Maintain AS9100 and ISO 9001 certification
  • Implement and maintain Lean principles to streamline and improve workflow
  • Manage company’s test and inspection personnel and resources providing ongoing guidance and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Work with manufacturing, engineering, and customers in identifying and processing deviations
  • Implement methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products and production equipment
  • Assist in the development and training of systems, processes, and procedures to meet organization, regulatory, and customer requirements
  • Assist in preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
  • Support the Quality Director as a management representative to include root cause and corrective action training to staff and ensuring that processes and systems are established and maintained


As a part of Stratasys Direct Manufacturing, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. 



  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline or manufacturing or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in operations or production environment
  • 5+ years experience in a supervisory or management role
  • 5+ years experience in an AS9100 certified environment



  • Experience with additive manufacturing technologies
  • Quality Engineer Certified
  • Quality Auditor Certified
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience


TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 50% local between Austin & Belton, TX
