Stratasys Direct Manufacturing is looking for an outgoing individual to join their team as a Production Administrator - Aerospace.  In this position you will be required to interface regularly and effectively with external customers and internal teams with timely follow ups, escalations and resolutions of internal and external customers/Engineer requests/issues.  You will be asked to process orders in a timely and accurate manner, facilitate and expedite prompt shipments to customers.  You will also enter and maintain data integrity in the corporate database to ensure accurate data communication throughout the organization.  Some additional job duties may include:

  • Working directly with customers in conjunction with Sales & Project Engineers to obtain purchase orders, track order status and communicate updates as necessary
  • Assist with meeting targeted sales quotes
  • Review daily updates, reports and notification and inform team members of pending concerns/issues
  • Work with finance and customers to resolve credit issues and payment terms as required
  • Organize and maintain the Admin folders, make sure all the necessary documents and information is input and correct before submitting packages to billing for invoicing

 

As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • 2+ years of previous experience as a customer service representative
  • Basic experience with data entry

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree
  • Experience managing high volume of email communication requiring time sensitive responses 
  • Familiarity with Sage 500 ERP program
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Above-average planning and organizational skills

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Up to 5% travel for training purposes
