Stratasys is looking for an experienced Associate Field Service Representative to join our team! In this role you will work with Senior Field Service Representatives to address end-user issues and collaborate with to understand the overall process to maintain Stratasys products at the highest level. The ability to install, diagnosis, analysis, evaluate, troubleshoot, service, maintain and the repair of Stratasys products at customers’ facilities

 

Responsibilities:

 

Field Support (Installations, Service Calls, PMs, Training of Customers)

  • While shadowing with direct supervision of a Senior Field Service Representative you will conduct installations of Stratasys’ hardware and software products at the customer’s facility
  • While shadowing with direct supervision of a Senior Field Service Representative you will perform problem diagnosis and repair of Stratasys’ hardware and software products at the customer’s facility
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to basic questions posed by customers with direct supervision of a Senior Field Service Representative
  • While shadowing with direct supervision of a Senior Field Service Representative you will conduct preventive maintenance of Stratasys’ hardware products at the customer’s facility
  • While shadowing with direct supervision of a Senior Field Service Representative you will provide training to customers on how to use Stratasys’ products

 

Database Entry (Expense Reports, Inventory Management, Service Call Log) 

  • Record customer-related field activities in customer service call tracking software application to ensure accurate information on the entire customer base
  • Maintain service inventory using established protocols and controls
  • Responsible for timely and accurate data reporting back to Stratasys concerning service calls completed; responsible for timely submission of expense reports and other service-related paperwork as required.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or GED with1+ year of professional experience working in a field service role; or internship programs completed.
  • 1+ year field service experience installing and repairing: computer systems and electro-mechanical equipment
  • Intermediate electro-mechanical proficiency

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Computer systems experience will include good working knowledge of hardware and software installation, diagnostic analysis, and troubleshooting. 
  • Knowledge in computer operating systems is required as well as smartphones, and other mobile computing devices.
  • Familiar with standard Microsoft applications (Windows, Word, Excel, Etc.)
  • Computer experience utilizing CAD/CAM, office productivity and database software applications is also highly desirable.
  • Experience with hand tools, test equipment such as multi-meter, computers with Stratasys’ application software.
  • Self-reliant; strong professional people skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and schedule duties ranging over multiple disciplines.

 

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 60-70% travel is common for this role
