We are looking for a project engineer for our engineering team under R&D group. This role will include the testing and validation of system components, establishing requirements, evaluating performance, and developing proof of concept for applications assigned. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing and managing key resources that enable the integration program. To support this challenge, we are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to define Sustainability new and drive improvements to existing products.

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Provide resources to capital projects and site sustainability initiatives as the owner of the sustainability assessment to provide specific environmental engineering expertise.
  • Support the Process Technology input into significant multi-disciplinary projects, including Sustainability projects, leading multidisciplinary projects.
  • Ensures the required EHS Compliance.
  • Oversees and defines the experimental program to deliver safe and sustainable processes.
  • Performs high-level and in-depth sustainability assessment of process options and new technologies in collaboration with manufacturing and development functions.
  • Establishes and maintains technical documentation.
  • Build and manage integration resources (files, tools etc.)
  • Responsibility for definition and Validation of systems and subsystems (hardware/ software/ mechanics).
  • Help define and test hardware/software requirements that support both current and future system solutions
  • Keep current on industry trends, changing market, regulatory requirements, and competitive products under FDA and CE regulation
  • Analyze competitive solutions, understand user workflows, and develop competitive comparisons.
  • Able to learn and understand complex system concepts

 

Must have for this role:

 

  • B.Sc. with 3y experience in Mechanical engineer or Process Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Good communication skills coupled with the ability to see trends and simplify complex information.
  • Understanding of environmental impact and sustainability assessment concepts
  • Track record in working within project timelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of multidisciplinary products.
  • Ability to solve technical problems while working on multi-disciplinary product
  • Self-motivated, self-maintained and able to take the initiative to solve problems
  • Strong understanding of an operation workflow process
  • Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible with changes
  • Ability to present technical information and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization. Fast response.
  • Multi-tasking capability with task priorities and organized working methodologies.

 

Nice to have:

 

  • Experience in ERP systems – Oracle is an advantage
  • Project management software – MS project or equivalent
  • Experience in CAD software – Solid Works is an advantage
