Responsibilities

  • Manage a global training team that develops training on all Stratasys products and technologies, for our worldwide ecosystem of customers, partners, and internals.
  • Create training and certification programs for Customers, Customer Support, Sales, and Presales.
  • Design learning journeys which blend self-paced online and in-person classroom training from introductory level to advanced. 
  • Oversee development of instructional videos, eLearning, webinar presentations, curricula and courseware for in-person training workshops, and other engaging, interactive learning content.
  • Build learning strategies to help new entrants to the still-emerging field of additive manufacturing / 3D printing overcome knowledge barriers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across our product groups, corporate functions, and regions, including product support managers, product managers, application engineers, regional technical specialists, regional trainers, and commercial leads.
  • Lead innovation projects like the development and deployment of augmented reality in training.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a manager of training.
  • Expertise in instructional design and training methodologies.
  • Ability to assess training needs, design effective training programs, and measure training outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Capable of collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders – including senior leaders - in a global environment.
  • An innovative, strategic thinker.
  • The ability to drive strong execution in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • A background in creating training for software and hardware products.
  • Up to date on industry trends.
  • Technical and business acumen.
  • Native-level fluency in English, both written and verbal.
