As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Operations Lead to join our team for maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize marketing processes, tools, and data, while collaborating with a passionate marketing team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and optimization of marketing tools and processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline processes and workflows, ensuring campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee marcom data management and reporting, ensuring that marketing data is actionable.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaign assets, from planning to execution, in terms of content and graphic design.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing operations, ensuring consistency and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any marketing operations-related queries within the team.
- Manage the budget, including the PO submission process
- Manage the asset translation process
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in marketing operations, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent knowledge of data analytics, reporting tools, and key marketing metrics.
- Experience with campaign tracking, A/B testing, and marketing performance analysis.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
Requirements
- 5 years as a Marketing Operations Specialist.
- In-depth, hands-on experience with Monday.com
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
- Project management & marketing logistics skills.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, cross-cultural matrixed environment.
- English – mother tongue \ fluent.
