Stratasys, the market leader in 3D printing, is a dynamic and super innovative company, committed to delivering outstanding solutions to our customers.  As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Operations Lead to join our team for maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize marketing processes, tools, and data, while collaborating with a passionate marketing team to deliver exceptional results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management and optimization of marketing tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline processes and workflows, ensuring campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee marcom data management and reporting, ensuring that marketing data is actionable.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaign assets, from planning to execution, in terms of content and graphic design.
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing operations, ensuring consistency and best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any marketing operations-related queries within the team.
  • Manage the budget, including the PO submission process
  • Manage the asset translation process

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analytics, reporting tools, and key marketing metrics.
  • Experience with campaign tracking, A/B testing, and marketing performance analysis.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.

 

Requirements

  • 5 years as a Marketing Operations Specialist.
  • In-depth, hands-on experience with Monday.com
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Project management & marketing logistics skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, cross-cultural matrixed environment.
  • English – mother tongue \ fluent.
