Director of Marketing– HCC Medical

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing who will be responsible for the developing, implementing and execution of strategic marketing plans including product and brand positioning, sales enablement, market awareness and ensuring desired business outcomes for the Medical business unit.

As the Director of Marketing you will be responsible for a team of two and report directly to the VP of Medical.




What you will be doing:


  • Define the marketing strategy for products, markets and/or solutions across the business unit, and ensure that execution of the plan drives business goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of all regional marketing plans in conjunction with global strategic objectives.
  • Support the Sales organization in developing and implementing regional marketing and sales activities and content to grow the Medical business and market share. This includes webinars, blogs, case studies, white papers, medical events, advertising, product launches, presentations, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales and Channel partner teams to identify customer story opportunities and successful rollouts of sales enablement and supporting tools.
  • Develop product positioning and craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns, social media, tradeshows, technical awareness programs, KOL testimonials etc.)
  • Identify key functional, ecosystem, and operational requirements to better serve the target market.
  • Oversee all demand generation activities from inception through execution to monitoring and analyzing of derived results. Support and track content planning timelines, assist with analysis of marketing data including campaign results, conversion rates and online traffic to improve future marketing strategy and activities performance.
  • Plan, manage and monitor marketing budget.
  • Evaluate marketing activities though relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers and report to senior management in regular QBR meetings




Must have for this role:


  • Minimum 7 years proven experience in managerial marketing position, including the managing of a small team in the medical field in global organization.
  • Experience with development and execution of marketing strategy and go-to-market plans, marketing channels (e.g. website, social, Ad., Special programs, partnerships, etc.) campaigns, product launch, messaging, and branding.
  • Experience with creation of marketing content such as brochures, case stories, testimonials, webinars, blogs etc.
  • Experience in working with multinational cross-functional teams in matrix environment.
  • Experience with tradeshows, special program events, and demand generation process including lead follow up and conversion.
  • Working knowledge of current marketing and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, Sales Force, Oracle)
  • Mother tongue / fluent English



Nice to have:


  • Experience with additive manufacturing technology – an advantage
  • Background in design and copywriting – an advantage
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field – an advantage



Travel required:


The position is located in Rehovot, Israel.

20% travel is required.
