We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Analyst to join our Global Customer Success Group, located in Rehovot, Israel for a temporary duration.

 

 

What you will be doing:

 

In this role you will be part of the customer success group and will be in charge of the following: 

  • Implementing Customer Master Data processes and interfaces at the company ERP system (Oracle) and SFDC (CRM) including Data cleansing and merge processes
  • Maintain/monitoring Customer Master Data & IB master data- assure data integrity, cleansing, merge process and ongoing monitoring.
  • Defining and implementing reports - Data business analysis per specific requests
  • Generate ongoing Periodic operational reports - Identify regional process issues out of the periodic reports and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide Ongoing Support to the different stakeholders in the company.
  • Responsible for managing CS projects including processes definitions /workflows till execution.

 

Must have for this role:

 

  • Experience in working closely with the regions at a global company
  • Knowledge in SalesForce (an advantage), Oracle, including integration experience
  • High analytical capabilities
  • Fluent English writing & speaking
  • Ability to initiate and drive operational efficiency and change processes
  • Experience in creation and implementation of workflows and processes
  • B.Sc. in industrial & management engineering or Associate degree in Business – at least 2 years working experience in global company with one of the leading ERP systems.
