We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GTM (Go-to-Market) Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team. As the GTM Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by formulating our GTM strategy, overseeing the global partner program, conducting market opportunity analysis, and developing new business models. This is a strategic position that requires a strong understanding of sales, strategy, and business development.



1. Develop and manage a comprehensive partner program to drive Stratasys' indirect sales. This includes establishing clear guidelines, performance metrics, and incentives to motivate resellers and facilitate strategy execution; while collaborating with cross-functional teams from the regions, Finance and Marketing; and modeling financial impact of the program.

2. Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy that aligns with overall business objectives. Lead strategic initiatives that include mapping markets opportunities, defining customer needs, developing improved ways to GTM while monitoring GTM performance and providing regular reports & insights to senior management.

3. Evaluate existing business models and develop improvements that align with market trends and customer demands. Analyze financial viability and assess the impact of proposed business models on revenue. Develop implementation plans to ensure successful execution.

4. Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscapes using business intelligence & analytics tools, evaluating competitor activities, market positioning, product benchmarking and other relevant trends. Also, leverage technical skills to develop dashboards for GTM leadership to monitor progress of our initiatives. 

5. Build the collaboration platform for GTM leadership, to ensure seamless alignment of sales efforts across teams. Establish processes, standards and methodologies to drive success of GTM's key projects.


Flexibility to work in global timezones and travel occasionally (2-3 times per year).


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (M.B.A or equivalent Master's degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, sales strategy or other relevant GTM roles in a global environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven recommendations, using programs such as Excel, Qlik, Power BI, Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing reseller programs and partner relationships in
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (English at high proficiency, a must).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
