Stratasys is looking for a bright and sharp Corporate Legal Counsel to join our global Legal & IP team! The position is located at Stratasys HQ (Rehovot, Israel). Our new counsel will be a member of a diversified global Legal & IP team comprised of 15 enthusiastic and dedicated legal and IP professionals. In this role you will be responsible for offering day-to-day legal counseling regarding commercial contracts, business matters, and corporate matters, certain compliance matters, and other tasks generally entrusted with internal counsels, working closely as a trusted advisors to our NASA Sales functions and other corporate functions, such as Business Development, Finance, etc.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with strategic customers, channel partners and distributors.
  • Supporting, developing and implementing compliance mechanisms and processes in areas of: anti-trust, anti-corruption, trade and export control, security, data protection and privacy, as well as other compliance requirement. 
  • Reviewing and negotiating business development type agreements, such as alliances, grants, joint development agreements, investments, and M&As.
  • Managing local outside counsels.
  • Assisting on other legal matters and contribute to the overall legal function in Stratasys.



  • Juris Doctor/LL.B. from an accredited law school plus admission to the Israel Bar Association. MBA is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience as a commercial/corporate lawyer in a top-tier law firm / in-house corporate legal department with a focus on commercial and transactional law.
  • Working experience with multinational companies, and various non-legal teams in the organization.
  • Excellent business counseling, client service, drafting and negotiating skills.
  • Professional maturity, strong leadership skills and proven experience in bringing people together to resolve problems;
  • Strong PC skills, communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, ability to manage through change and to lead change when appropriate
  • Strong initiative skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly motivated with good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Good analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Experience working in a complex and high-pressured international business environment.
  • Team player - excellent interpersonal, communication and cross-group skills.
  • Excellent English (mother-tongue level).

Travel: International travel may be required (2-3 times per year).
