Stratasys is currently seeking a Casting Finisher to join our Poway, CA facility.  In this role you will produce end quality prototype models ensuring they meet company standards using a variety of hand tools.  You will review customer files to view part details and follow instructions on work orders.  A couple other duties will include:

  • Understanding of the QuantumCast equipment and process.
  • Understanding of Urethane materials, mix rations and pigments.
  • Review work instruction for additional information and special needs
  • Measure parts using applicable tools and software and able to report results


As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. 



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic English speaking and reading ability
  • 1+ month working with hands (fine motor skills)
  • 6+ months experience with computers including Microsoft Office programs and email



  • 1+ years experience working with shop equipment including drill press, hand drills, sanders, etc.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and craftsmanship
  • Experience operating forklift
