The RMA Shipping & Receiving Coordinator will be primarily responsible for overseeing and handling all inbound and outbound shipping and receiving activities related to returns and exchanges within the Americas region.


This position is based out of our warehouse location in Plymouth, MN, and will support and work closely with several key internal teams and departments, in cooperation with our third-party carriers and warehouse providers (TPLs), to provide full support of day-to-day RMA related activities and operations



  • Handles daily receiving and processing of parcel and freight returns
  • Verifies, inspects, and evaluates return contents to ensure matching description and disposition on paperwork and in system
  • Receive goods within ERP (Oracle) system
  • Oversees movement and flow of returned goods, regularly dispositions and performs applicable transactions
  • Maintains RMA shipping, staging, and rack storage areas, ensuring clean and well organized
  • Crating and uncrating of hardware, packaging and unpackaging of parts as needed
  • Maintain proper shipping and receiving records, and procedures​
  • Arranges for collection of scrap, recycling, waste materials as needed



  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.  
  • 3+ years working in basic MS Office
  • Must be able to operate a pallet jack, dolly and other warehouse and shipping equipment
  • Able to work in a warehouse environment 
  • Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, grasp, push, pull, lift and move objects up to 80 lbs+. as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time as required



  • 2-year Technical Degree
  • Must be self-motivated and have the demonstrated ability to work independently.​
