HR Specialist EMEA - Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d) - Limited for 12 months 

 

This role leads for the EMEA region all aspects of compensation and benefits such as benchmarking, offer packages, pension, reward policies and remuneration practices. You will also work with managers and employees on various topics as a business partner. 

  

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the global C&B Team in operational setup in the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of compensation and benefits programs that align with the company’s strategic vision and objectives 
  • Partner with the global C&B Team in developing of existing compensation and benefits programs   
  • Understand market conditions and best practices and apply to benefit and compensation philosophies, practices and recommendations to remain competitive 
  • Manage the major compensation global projects (merit, equity and bonus processes) for EMEA in collaboration with the global C&B Team 
  • Review compensation to ensure fair pay internally and externally based on market benchmarking for relevant regions 
  • Support in administering Sales incentives, bonus programs, equity, recognition programs, salary structures and benefits plans for EMEA regions 
  • Perform analysis to determine job level accuracy 
  • Day-to-day support to EMEA HR business partners & Managers and employees
  • Ad hoc analysis per requirements 
  • Backup + support Payroll EMEA 
  • Creating contracts for Germany & other EU countries 
  • Admin tasks as needed 

 

 

Your experience: 

  • 5+ years experience in an HR role with a focus on C&B for at least two years
  • You speak German & English fluently
  • Knowledge in employment law 
  • Knowledge in tax and social security law 
  • Ability to work in matrix structure and independently
