Stratasys is currently seeking a Supervisor, Production for our Eden Prairie, MN facility.  In this role you direct the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.  You will execute the production schedules and plan the direct labor resources, administer procedures and budgets, and select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.  Additional responsibilities may include the following:

  • Understand Stratasys goals and manufacturing strategies to execute the production schedule in assigned production areas to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
  • Ensure manufacturing procedures are followed and quality standards are maintained
  • Foster good communication and teamwork within production and with other departments
  • Ensure production team follows all established safety procedures and systems
  • Supervise operations of production lines including workflow, people and resources



  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in production or manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a lead or leadership type role
  • 1+ year of experience in lean manufacturing methodologies



  • Lean Certification
  • Six Sigma Certification
