We’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager who can direct and lead our On-Demand Custom Manufactured Parts team. The Inside Sales Manager must possess proven sales experience and will be able to step in and take a leading role in strategizing and executing sales and account management efforts.   • Hire, manage, coach and motivate the On-Demand Inside Sales team members to achieve results 
  • Setting and tracking sales targets through metric achievement to fuel lead to opportunity and order conversion rates across a defined book of businesses in Americas.
  • Drive new customer acquisitions, customer win backs and new product offering targets aligning to company goals. 
  • Champion best in class sales training, development and coaching of direct reports.
  • Create a positive culture, programs and campaigns to inspire achievement and performance
  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
  • Prepare and present team quarterly performance to executive management
  • Partner and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams consistently to increase revenues while improving process in quickly changing environments.
  • Become a perpetual student of Stratasys products, our business, and the ever-changing additive manufacturing industry!


  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in sales functions or individual quota-carrying roles



  • Leader in execution and organization to deliver results on time and within budget
  • Strong ability to decipher and report on targets/trends through data analysis and critical thinking 
  • Experience with Challenger sales methodology (or similar methodologies) would be beneficial
  • Broad understanding of the inside sales SAAS tool landscape (telephone, sales automation, CRM, etc) is important. This experience is ideally coupled with a natural curiosity and desire to stay apprised of the quickly evolving inside sales landscape.
  • Well-versed in for managing the sales cycle
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and regular sales reporting
