We are trusted worldwide by leading manufacturers and groundbreaking designers, makers, thinkers and doers. We currently have an opening for an HR Operations and Reporting Supervisor responsible for the implementation and administration of HR tools, programs, technology, policies, and procedures for the regional HR operation team.  Will lead the regional team providing shared services, HRIS data maintenance, record storage and other HR functions.  Will provide data analytics, modeling, and reporting to the region in support of the business and functions.

 

Human Resources Operations

  • Develops, directs, and administers Stratasys HR programs to include on-boarding, employee file maintenance, payroll and off boarding.
  • Serves as liaison to internal stakeholders and maintains service level agreement with Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and HR business partners on a local and regional level.
  • Administers and recommends policy and procedures changes to management based on needs and market data.  Will work on continuous improvement projects to ensure high employee engagement across the organization
  • Monitors efficiency, utilization, and effectives of HR operations team 

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Provides analytics, modeling & reporting areas to evaluate complete data sets and providing enhances reporting for TA, OD, and HR
  • Responsible to deliver timely, reliable information for forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, business review reviews and presentation, and special projects. 
  • Perform all system administration functions, including, system testing and implementation support, data conversion and data validation processes, permission management, configuration requirement assessment, proxy access, user permissions, form changes, and table updates
  • Collaborate with Finance, Payroll and other internal stakeholders to ensure regional compliance with SOX, AAP, DOD, DOL, etc.
  • Support corporate HR Metrics and own regional headcount and contractor workforce data management
  • Own global Recruiting module and process implementation, responsible for system training and enhancement
  • Manages and leads HR Operations team as part of the global HR OPS function

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 -7 years’ experience in Human Resources Function
  • 3+ year experience providing data analysis, variance analysis, reporting, business reviews
  • 3+ years leading a team of professional employees
  •  Proficient knowledge and understanding of all legal, and regulatory issues related to human resources or a HR discipline
  •   Proficient knowledge and understanding of Leave of Absent programs, Benefits, Compensation

 

PREFERERED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  •  Experience in payroll and leave of absence administration
  •  Experience leading special projects
  •  Leading a corp. wellness programs
